We want you to be happy. We offer a free 48-hour trial (5GB) so you can test the service before spending a peso. If you still experience a genuine technical issue after purchasing, we'll make it right.
Before purchasing any paid data pack, every new user is eligible for a free 48-hour trial with 5GB of data. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to verify that the service works for your specific apps, device, and location before making a purchase.
The free trial is non-refundable (it costs nothing) and is the best way to evaluate compatibility with your needs.
We will issue a full refund of the amount paid if all of the following conditions are met:
Partial refunds (proportional to unused data) are not offered. Refunds are for the full pack price only.

We will respond within 24–48 hours on business days (Philippine Standard Time).
Approved refunds for PayPal purchases will be returned to your PayPal account within 5–7 business days. The refund will be for the original amount paid, minus any PayPal transaction fees that we cannot recover.
Due to the peer-to-peer nature of GCash QR payments, cash refunds may not always be possible. In these cases, we will offer one of the following alternatives at our discretion:

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal. We are a small business and chargebacks carry significant penalties for us. We genuinely want to resolve any issue fairly.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and present our records of service delivery as evidence. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being permanently banned from the service.
If the KabayanVPN service experiences a confirmed outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours due to our own infrastructure failure (not third-party or ISP-related), we will credit affected accounts with additional data proportional to the downtime.
To receive a credit, you must notify us and we must be able to verify that the outage affected your connection.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
